I finally get to say those words. I will have surgery on 7/7/05. It's my daughter's 2nd birthday and my rebirth. I thought I would be more excited. I mean I'm happy the insurance battle is over, now the real work begins. Even though I lurk I want to thank each and everyone who shares their experience with wls. My brain has went blank on all the info I have read. So what should I take to the hospital? What do I need at home? Btw I can't find sugar free popsicles anywhere. Are they in the frozen section? Sorry for the silly questions. Thanks in advance for any help.
Congratulations on your surgery date. Just try to relax. I haven't had my surgery but from what I have read about what to take to the hospital I will be taking toothbrush, toothpaste, gown & robe, slip on shoes, brush, something loose to wear home you know things like that oh I almost forgot sugar free breathe mints. I have seen sugar free popsicles in the frozen section at Walmart - not sure of the cost.
