Down 12 pounds on pre-op diet!!! WOO HOO

I can't believe it. I started Optifast last Monday and will be on it until my surgery. I weighed this morning and have lost 12 pounds already. Can you believe it? I can't, and without exercise...(I'm in a wheelchair and can't do much exercise except wheeling around, which I do a lot). You guys are all so wonderful, I've only told my husband about my lost because normal people would feel the need to say "oh yeah, I thought I noticed it...blah blah.") Yeah right on someone who weighs 260 pounds, when they lose 12, you don't see it but I can sure feel it already. Thanks for listening to be brag. Janice 248/145 17 days and counting

Congrats on the weight loss! I'm sooooo jealous....I started my Atkins pre-op diet on Monday and have only lost 4....but that's better than gaining 4!! Brag away, Janice....brag away!

Hey Janice! Hey I believe you, rmemebr Oprah lost alot of weight on this stuff and in a very short amount of time. But your right most people wouldn't see it like we do our selves. ANyway, Congrats!!!! DId you get my message?

Whooo Hooo Janice, that is awesome. They told me to try to lose some weight also and I am down 16 lbs so far. I am going to liquids this Wednesday and be on them one week before surgery, plus my protein drinks. You brag all you want to sweetie, we love braggin....
