I also had a anxiety attack in april I was precribed Loraxapam I think that is the name of them . But I am sure it will happen just waiting. The day I got my surgery date I had butterflies from the time I woke up and still have them.. My turnover was just three months I was expecting a surgery dateat the end of the year and it is know sheduled for just..16 days.The one thing that keeps me on track and my sense of humor is my boys the things they come up with are so out there you can only laugh. ..So keep up the faith....Beth

I am July 13 and I am soooo afraid. I have read everything I can find to read about the surgery. I know I will have a panic attack because I already feel it coming. I set up a therapist appt. for the 7th so I could get some meds. I am so glad that someone else is admitting to being terrified !!!

Hi Sara, I have my surgery next week on the 6th of July and to be honest I can't wait. Those days of feeling scared are all over with for me. Maybe you'll get thru this and you won't have any panic attacks at all. I suffer from them to but thank GOD for Xanax: Cheri
