Okay.....who else is taking a trip to la la land on the 25th? I am ready to go but am really nervous! I have had way too much time to think about this. My doc is on vacation for the first three weeks of July and my date has been booked for over two weeks now. Yikes!!!! Wish I could have just had a week or two before to prepare, but I believe we all go when it is our time so the 25th it is! I have the same date- crazy to think that it is going to be so soon. Kind of feel a little guilty because I was able to get approval for surgery and a date SOOOOO easily......... But, I am ready to rock and roll and get a healthy lifestyle again! Good luck to you!

Hi Vicki I too have tricare standard and was approved in like four days from the time they submitted. It was really fast but the good doc needs some R@R before my surgery and that is holding my date up. They tried to push me through in late June but someone beat me out by an hour for the appointment. What time is your surgery scheduled?

I have to be there at 730. probably wont be able to sleep at all the night before... and i will probably have all 3 of my kids in bed with me! Do you have an angel yet? Still haven't gotten one myself.... I had one volunteer, but, she was all the way in New Jersey. I hope that I can get one before the big day!

Hi Cindy, My surgery date is also on the 25th! At times it seems really far away and then at others....I can't believe it's coming up so soon! I'm feeling the typical emotions--excited, nervous, scared, etc.... But mostly I'm just ready for the surgery so I can begin moving forward.... My surgery isn't until 11am...which isn't bad--although I wi**** was earlier! I doubt I'll be getting much sleep the night before! Good Luck to you on your journey!! Take care, Melissa
