Just wanted to introduce myself

Hi everyone! I just read the messages on this board to get to know everyone and am so glad to find that I fit right in and am feeling alot of the same things you all are. My date is 7-8-05 and I will have open RNY, my husband had the same surgery about 4 1/2 yrs ago and has lost over 200 lbs and now it is finally my turn. I am scared. I have such a low tolerance for pain and am such a baby I get sick to my stomach when I think about it. I keep trying to remember how much better I will feel a few weeks after though. ps: I am sick of Weigh****chers (I had to go for 6 mos to meet the requirements, as if I didn't have enough diet history) Carie 474/430/399// (I love this horsie)

Hi Carie, Welcome to the July board. It's great here and the people are very supportive and friendly. If you ever need to talk or vent or just want to ask quetions this is the place. I go on July 6th and of course, can't wait. Everything will be ok you'll see. May the good lord be with you always. Cheri
