Have a date--FINALLY!

Hi, I haven't posted recently, but I've been waiting and waiting and waiting. Had my surgeon consult on March 31, and since then I've been doing all the pre-op testing. I had to go in for the stress test (injection) twice because the first time my blood pressure was way too high. My doctor doubled my BP meds and then I had to wait for the BP to come down. I finally got the call this past Friday with a firm date--July 22! I am so excited I can't stand it! I'm marking the days off my calendar with a big X. I'm not at all nervous (so far), and can't wait to be a LOSER! Ellen Bales

Ellen - Welcome to the July boards. I am the same week as you. I think that I will be coming home as you are going in. We are all in the same boat here, that is what makes this board so wonderful
