I reccomend Isopure. It has 50 grams of protein and I think 3 carbs. I mix it with water counts as my water and I have almost all my daily protein. I think it tastes like a shake.

I ordered and received 2 bottles of Unjury but haven't tried it yet but I've heard wonderful things about it. I have a bunch of smoothie/protein drink recipes in a word document if you (or anyone) wants them, just send me your email address I would be glad to pass them along.

Tasha. Hi alena here. Go to bariatriceating.com and look over the protein drinks. Not anly do the sell the canasters but they also sell trial size samples. I recently bought a trial pack with about 18 different kinds. I would recomend this web site to anyone . Everthing I've bought from there has been great. alena

Hey Tasha, Just this morning I mixed Unjury vanilla powder with crystal lite orange drink over ice and it was great!!! I've tried others that made me gag. You can only buy Unjury at Unjury.com. They also sell samples for $1.98 each I believe. They also sell an unflavored that everyone says is good. I drink a lot of Sugar-free Hawaiian punch and I'm going to try it in that. Steph

Thank you all for answering my post. I am going to look into all your recommendations. I might order samples from all of them to see if anyone I would like except the banana flavored I don't like bananas they make me queasy. I just feel the days are flying by and don't want to be worried about everything after surgery. I have so many emotions it is getting harder to I just lay in staring at the ceiling thinking I'm slowing time down. Like I have super powers or something. LOL

I also recommend Isopure. Acutally it has zero carbs, except for the chocolate that has 1 gram. Yes a full serving (2 scoops) has 50 grams of protein but remember, your body can only absorb 30 grams at a time unless you are a super athlete, body builder. So you are actually wasting extra protein that does not do you any good to do the full serving. I have tried unjury also and found it to be good, but it is a bit more expensive. I have searched the net and found Isopure in the 3 lb size for 24.00 at A1Nutrition.com. That was the best price I found out there. To pep up your protein drink, I put a few drops of DaVinci Sugar Free French Vanilla syrup in mine, it is made with Splenda and can be purchased just about anywhere.
