Living will! Need it on our list!!!

We have all a list we are making to take with us to the hospital, but did anyone think of a (LIVING WILL), I know I forgot to get one going. I finally filled it out and made copies for a few people; 1. My primary Dr. 2. My surgeon 3. My husband 4. My children, the older ones That should cover on who gets one and who doesn't. God forbid if anything should happen, which I don't forsee any, but just to be safe than sorry. Sincerly, Cheri
