Well, I couldn't even get a date or a test performed until I had insurance approval....so I still have things to go.
In fact, some of my consult appointments were originally denied by insurance until I received the pre-auth and a date.
It took several weeks for my paperwork to be scanned and then reviewed, got my approval about 14 days later.

You can do it Dawn. It'll be okay.
Plus, if they say they don't have the paperwork then you need to call your surgeons office quick. Some insurance companies have 4-6 weeks to give you an approval.
Everything will be fine.
