July 18th Losers!

First of all my son Anthony is a tall, beautiful, loving, sincere, great sence of humor, honest and caring young man. He needs to be more outgoing and more self asteem. We blame this on us. His terrible eating habits are from what he learned at home and me being the cook of the family I really blame myself. He got on that new scale I bought and he now weighs 306lbs. When I saw that I cried when I went to bed, I could'nt believe it. I blame me, he's 16yrs.old now and it's time to start him on serious diet and exercise program. I will be his coach and mom at the same time, also his motervater too. Together the 3 of us can do this.*******************Cheri
PS We would love a family vacation byn next year some time too but we all want to be in shape.
