Another Newbie

Hi All, My name is Linda and I live in Canton Ohio. I will be having my RNY,Lap on July 26. It took 6 weeks for the insurance to approve the surgery, but it was approved! Any helpful information that you could give me to make my post op better will be appreciated Also, I will be having my surgery in West Virginia but I am looking for a good suport group in the Akron, Canton Ohio area. Anyone know of one? Best luck to all the others with upcoming surgeries.

Linda, Congrats on the date!! What a great month! This board is GREAT! We'll all be buddies through this life changing experience!! I'm in Mississippi and will be having my surgery on the 18th. Good luck finding a good support group! HUGS Kimberly
