Newbie...

Hiya, I have a date and it's July 18th! I'm so excited I just can't stand it! I just found this board, and am so excited to converse with people from the same stage as I am in! I especially appreciated the "what to bring" post with the lists and stuff. The only thing I've gotten is a kitchen aid hand held blender. I thought it would be easier to clean than a food processer. We'll see how it works. I haven't played with it yet - but you can get different blades and stuff. So I need to see if it will puree very well and if not, get those ordered. I packed away all of my winter clothes. I wonder if I should just go ahead and give them away? I plan on ordering some of the unjury protein drinks. I've heard the unflavored is really really unflavored. I will add it to everything! LOL The chocolate supposedly tastes like a wendy's frosty? Hmmmm we'll see. LOL I am also cleaning my house big time! You'd think I was having a baby with all the nesting I'm doing! LOL It's helping to pass the time I guess. The tongs and wooden spoon comments are making me gag! You think we'll really need those? I wish all of you the very very best, and can't wait to start hearing the updates! Here's to us! I am also scheduled for July 18, 2005. Nice to talk to somebody in the same boat. What do you mean by wooden spoons?

I read a post a few threads back about taking tongs and wooden spoons to reach those "forbidden" places. LOL I guess we will have a problem getting into position on the HUGS! Kimberly

Hello ALL!! I don't have an official July date yet, I go to my surgeon on the 30th for a date. And then I will have my july date. I'm estimating the 24th or so. I let you know as soon as I do. My husband and I just applied for our home loan. Cross your fingers we get approved. If not, I'm screwed. It's my last chance.
