Just curious.  What is a sample day of eating for you?

Here is a sample menu for me....

Breakfast (4:30 AM, I get up WAYYYY to early for work)

Small bowl of cheerios with a protien drink poured over them or 1 pack instant plain oatmeal flavored with splenda and cinnamon

Lunch

Small frozen dinner heated in microwave at work. Usually a weigh****chers or lean cuisine

Snack at work

Power crunch bar! (yummy)

Dinner

This actually varies, I have some meat, usually chicken about 4 ounces. But I also have some veggies or salad. Of course sometimes the pouch says STOP and I don't eat them.

I also found these frozen enchiladas at Costco that are low carb and AWESOME. I make a mean ground turkey meatloaf too.

Tim,

Thanks for the reply!  Is that enough protein for you?  I am finding that I am working out and not losing any weight and I am puzzled as to why.  I know the whole gaining muscle thing but after two months I should see the scale move.  Here's mine:

B-fast: Protein shake made with milk and a Yoplait Lite Yogurt  a little later

Snack: Cheese Stick and a few Grapes

Lunch: I also do a small frozen meal at work, usually Lean Cuisine

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Same as you...For example I had baked chicken and steamed cauliflower last night.

I drink about 100 - 120 ounces of water every day. It is very confusing and VERY dissapointing.
