Hey i just wanted to tahnk everyone for all your helpful info and support im feeling a little better and i have lost about 8 pounds so thats great anyway i wanted to share with you i got these bars there called zone perfect they are tasty and very high in protein like 15 grams anyway they are super just thought i would share that with you all
