Helpful Suggestions
I reached goal after about 9 months and continued to lose until I was about 10 pounds below goal. I let about 4 - 7 pounds creep back on (Andrea that also answers your question). I'm still at a normal BMI but wanted to get those few pounds back off so I went back to high protein/low carb and only good carbs. I've seen about 2 pounds come back off in the last week and a half. When I went to "purge" my house of the bad carbs, I was shocked at how many had "crept" back into the pantry. I also need to get back to exercising but for now I'll take one thing at a time....good luck and let us know what you decide.
