Debbie, Thank you for thinking of me and stopping by my profile page and leaving me that beautiful message. When I came on here tonight I saw I had 2 messages unread. One was from Debbie who made me my 150 pounds lost card. She left it for me in my mailbox and I just can't tell you all how when I saw it my heart pounded and my eyes filled up. 'Thats me, thats' about me .. wow.. It's now over 160 pounds I have lost. But In the end I have gained the most wonderful people in my life I could ever imagine. From my heart to yours.. Thank you all. & Thanks Debbie xoxoxoxoxoxoooooooooooooooo peace Mo OH! ANd the other message was from someone ( one of us who has lost 200 pounds ).. looking for assistance with her insurance ... All any of us can do to help each other and ourselves is pay it forward... moooooooooooooooooooOH!

No problem Mo, a lady on OH (Jazelle) made the templates and I just saved them and edited them to add our names. I put my very proud 200 lbs loss one on my profile. I just remembered when I was working with you on your profile, how much your 100lb card meant to you, so I thought you deserved a new milestone for your continued loss. If anyone else wants one, PM me, I saved the instuctions and will do it. We all have a lot to be proud of here.
