WoW!! Been a loooooong time....

Hi everybody!! It sure has been a long time since I was on here. I feel out of the loop. So much has happened. First off, congrats to Peter and Andrea..what wonderful news. I am so very happy for you and hope your lives are blessed abundantly. Tim...glad the plastics went great for you. Looking forward to seeing some new pix. I know I am forgetting things, but oh well. I have missed you guys, and now that I am no longer working, I should be able to be around more. As for what as been happening with me. Eric and I are now the proud parents of.....4 duplexes. That's right...we just closed on 4 duplexes here in town that are already full, so now we just need to save up some money so we can buy some more properties. I actually made myself gain a few pounds because I was looking sickly. I feel so much better now and now just have to continue to wait for my plastics. That is about it for me. Hey Nickie! Good to see you around and congratulations on your new properties! Do you have good tennents? I always wondered how hard it would be to be a landlord. I have a good friend who does "house flipping". He loves to fix up and the worse it looks before-the bigger the challenge for him. I too am waiting for the manna from heaven for plastics.
