follow up visit

I had my first follow up with the plastic surgeon today. He says I am doing very well. I was hoping that he would pull my drains but he said to leave them in for at least another week. They were going a lot slower but that was only because they were clogged with clots. (EWWWWW) Meanwhile my pain levels have dropped a lot the last couple days and I am taking very little of the vicodin.(what a tough guy!) And today I got to admire my new profile in the full length mirror! One bad thing was that I sneezed this morning. YOW! Didn't need any coffee after that one! Still not ready to boogie down yet but I'm not walking like a human question mark any more either. Got my scrip for antibiotics refilled and am going to see both Dr.'s again next Monday. Hey Tim, that's fantastic news. I know how you feel about the drains. I think that was the worst thing about my gastric, the drains. Felt like a little alien attached to my body! You take care, and heal well my friend.

Hey sweetie, so glad you are doing great. What all did they do to you? I am sorta skeered, I went yesterday and I am scheduled for early March. Got too much going on in Feb with moving and all. How has the pain been? Do you still need someone to stay with you? Keep up the great work, can't wait to see 'da profile..... Sue

That's great that you are feeling ok. Sucks about the drains but just think in a month or so, your going to be one hot guy with no saggy skin. Tammy
