Starting weight: 283 Today: 167 Pants were size 28 and 3XL shirts Today pants are 8-10 and shirts are med 10-12 I should be down to 160 by now but I had a rough time starting in Oct-Dec with all the candy and junk food, but my new year's resolution is to lose these last 7 lbs by the end of Jan.

Starting weight: 273 Today: 142 Starting sizes 3X / 26-28 Today Med / 6-8 My only complaint is my hair still is not coming back as fast or thick and I had thin hair before surgery so it's still not up to par by any stretch of the imagination. Sue

A day late but this one is official. Went to see my PCP today as my back was hurtin' bad over the weekend. Weighed in at 202, fully clothed That's -228 from my highest weight of 430. Oh man! So close to 200 I can taste it! Meanwhile the back pain and some irritation with my hanging skin (now documented) will help in pleading my case for plastic surgery with my insurance company. Plastics consult is on the 8th!
