Low calorie snack. I'm looking for something to nibble on that I won't feel guilty about. Currently I still like: Tomatoes and cucumbers with salt, pepper, balsamic and a little bit of italian dressing. ~OR~ Pickles! Yum! I know they make you retain water, but I'd rather retain water than calories. Whatcha got?

I do eat a hard boiled egg or a mozz cheese stick. Celery or an apple with peanut butter (no sugar added type). And then the rest of the time I eat carbs, which aren't low cal snacks, so I won't list them here. -Pam

I love the low sugar peanut butter! I have a little most afternoons on a Club multi grain cracker. I also, like the baby carrots with a little ff ranch dressing. This helps with my "I need to crunch something" Fruit, love anything in that line but like Pam, I do tend to have carbs too often. (The snack pack of micro-popcorn is my downfall. ) Maybe this is why I can't lose those last pounds............. Thanks for making me think Malibu!

Mostly I snack on smokehouse almonds but I also enjoy string cheese, Healthy Choice fudgesickles and Splenda sweetened sliced strawberries that they've recently started carrying at my local grocery.
