2 lbs below goal - mixed feelings

OK - so I'm excited that I even REACHED my goal, because a year ago, like some of you, I never thought I'd lose 100 lbs let alone reach my goal (I'm down 130+ now). So I weighed in this morning and I'm down another 2 lbs from last week without even trying. Trust me, I'm not bragging - this is where the mixed feelings come in - I really worry that this will come back to bite me because I know there will come a time where I'll have to make an effort to keep from gaining and even knowing this and being scared by it (I obviously don't want to gain it all back, but I can see that happening to me), WHY is that not enough to make me TRY to eat better or exercise???? I do make good meal choices - but I eat a lot of "non-meal" items - chocolate every day (a square or two), cheese and crackers, wine... I take my vits, but I don't exercise. What's wrong with my head. I'm one of those people who will see the scale creep up and do nothing about it - that's how I got to 282 to begin with. Am I really just THAT lazy? I dunno - just a bunch of rhetorical questions really - I know I'm the only one who can find the answers. Just thought some of you might be able to relate. How's everything with you guys??

Skinny- Honestly, I have been battling-- Things are back to normal for me. I am hitting the exercise hard. I floated up to 160 (about 6 pounds heavier than my lowest, and can't get below it). Granted when I hit my lowest I was biking 20 miles a day, so it makes sense that I floated back up, but it still bothers me! Your not lazy-- Don't be so hard on yourself. I live in fear of the scale saying what I don't want it to say- and creeping back on. We need to use this board to support each other. Promise yourself to take the stairs today instead of the elevator for anything under four flights. No escalator in the subways. Its the little things that work.

Hey thanks. Weren't we supposed to get together after work in the city? I'm all for a drink! Thursdays and Fridays work best for me (hubby's off and I don't have to worry about the kids).
