GOAL
Good morning all.
I've been basically at goal for weeks now - 150 (I'm 5'5"). I've been teetering between 151 and 153, which was fine with me, but my official goal was 150 (pulled out of thin air, cause I had no idea what 150 would look like when I picked that number), but I'm officially here as of this morning. I'm wearing an 8 in pants and a medium in shirts and I feel fantastic! And I have to say, I've gotten here without deprivation or guilt trips, etc. I eat what I want and try to make healthy choices. That said, I eat chocolate in some form or another almost every day (just a square or kiss).
And to make the occasion even sweeter, when I asked my surgeon at my 1 month follow up if he thought my 150 goal was realistic, he said I'd probably get close to it - probably 160, so exceeding his expectation is even better!
