update on "me"
So...
dh and i have discussed this and we are offically "trying"
I have decided since I didn't lose the 9 pounds- my nurse practioner who meets with me instead of the surgeon- won't give the approval or plastics referral to for the abdominalascy- so... i'm going to get having the plastics out of my mind- and be fine with me...
we have an appointment with an infertility specialist on nov 6th 3:00.. to ask about clomid. We have decided not to go any further than clomid- no shots. and we'll try it only for 6 TOPS months.. and it's not successful- we will start the paperwork for adoption number 2 (this time possibly a little girl). this way we can save up some money during this time too-
my primary said i didn't need the approval from gastric bypass surgeon- november will be "close enough" and since i've been steady weight now for - what 9-10 MONTHS. that i could go right away to the I.S. so we called friday- and got november 6th... we'll see if he lets us do the clomid and what he wants me to do....
We need some thoughts and prayers- shout outs.. for support and care.. please...
I really hope and pray for this to work out how God wants it too...
love

Good luck, Jennifer, I went on clomid to get pregnant with my second son. I started on it in Sept and we had to adjust the dose a couple of times....I ended up getting pregnant in the Jan/Feb timeframe so you might consider giving it a little more than 6 months (because your dosage may need to be adjusted). Actually, before I could start on the clomid, I had to go on provera for a few months to get my cycle going. Best of luck.

Jennifer that is awesome. And there are so many babies out there that need adopting into great loving homes. My oldest daughter, (26) gave up her son for adoption last January.
She knew she wasn't ready to be a mom and did the most unselfish, honorable thing in placing this precious baby. We used Bethany Christian Services, they are awesome. We get DVD's, photos all the time of him. We have watched him grow into a precious little boy. They are even referring to my daughter with him as Mama Heather.
It was the absolute best experience of our lives, it has enriched us 1000 fold. She is now volunteering and mentoring young women at Bethany,
God bless you and I will keep you guys in my thoughts and prayers.
