Antwho...I am at the point where I don't deny myself anything I jus****ch my portions like crazy! If you want pizza....for heavens sake have some, but dont order enough to have extra hanging around and save up your calories for the day to have it. Make it a once a week indulgence.....no more! And that means....one piece, once a week.

I know you are probably over your cravings, but they will come again!
I had this surgery so that I could live and enjoy life! That includes food! I don't deprive myself of anything. If I want it, I eat it. I just control portions -- which are gradually getting bigger!
Anyway, I do find it interesting though that my cravings have changed to more healthy choices. I also have found that when I think I can't live whithout that Little Debbie cake or whatever, that I don't enjoy it, I usually feel ill afterwards, and that cures my desire for them for a while! Inevitably I'll probably try one again..... I'm a glutton for punishment.... but this is normal. Pre-surgery I would have eaten the whole box.
