Well hello there stranger!! 
Good to hear from you chica ... lost your email address when my computer crashed ... AGAIN, cuz I had you on the automatic memory thingie ... I saved it on my contacts this time!!! 
I know, we definitly need to get together although we don't go south anymore since Rob's parents moved back to the Puget Sound. Although, I think we do need to make a plan though to meet at least halfway and do lunch or something. 
Lets talk ... and btw, you yourself is doing fabulous my dear!!!!!

I wish I could get on one of those home improvement shows. I have the worlds ugliest bathroom (very pink from the 70's), upstairs overdone with cheap wood paneling, desparately need new carpet and 2 of the rooms have bad wallpaper from the 70's.
Can't afford to do all this stuff especially the bathroom (those are expensive to remodel).

LOL ... I heard about the show through a friend, and I haven't heard anything yet so keep your fingers crossed!
We were actually fortunate to find a house that is in pretty good shape although a couple of rooms are completely out there with the paint color, so those were going to be repainted. The rest of the house is beautiful, although I'm gonna suffer with the commute, the house is worthwhile cuz it doesn't require alot of work at all.
You should look up all the home deco shows and submit your info ... you never know!

Congrats on buying your first house!! WOO HOO! We just bought our first house 5 years ago and I *still* love coming home to it every day! And OMG about being on TV!! What a trip! My fingers are crossed for ya! That would be so GREAT if you could be on TV. But even better is having your place moved for ya and getting some rooms decorated! Did you have the second interview yet? How did it go? How exciting!
That's great news your Mom is coming to visit! I bet she's excited, too. Does she live there? Whew, that would be hard to be so far away from family. I'm glad she's coming! I bet she can't wait to see the house.

I'm actually wishing this week away so that this house signing stuff can be out of the way and that my mom can be here finally. I'm actually a little stressed out and haven't been sleeping so good ... but all will be good come this Saturday ... only 5 more days!!
The second interview went good, except in the beginning I froze up for a bit when the camera was right there in my face, but the rest went okay I think. I haven't heard anything back yet, but they said by the middle of this week, so keep your fingers crossed!!
