OK deadheads..it's time to weigh in:
I'll get things rolling, I know I haven't been posting much lately. Life has been a little crazy. Since the teachers in my buildings reported back to work 2 weeks ago it seems like I am constantly reliving the triage seen from MASH. I've been putting in several 12+ hour days. I'm hoping things get into some form of normallcy by the middle of October after our schools are done with NWEA testing.
Anyway the weight has been up and down quite a bit lately. Have been as low as 161 and as high as 166.
Today I'm hanging out at 163.
I don't want to lose anymore and I feel guilty saying this because I know so many are continueing to want to lose more but I'm very very content with 165. As a matter of fact I've increased my calorie intake a bit (about 1200/day).
Oh and I'm having another hernia surgery on the 20th as if my life isn't busy enough. Have to get it in before our district changes insurance companies on Oct 1.
You are a wonderful group of people and I think of you often even though I haven't had time to post regularly.
Wondered how it was going with you Peter. Glad to hear from you. Will your hernia repair include any skin tightening? Some folks on the main board appear to have been able to use a hernia repair to include a tummy tuck.
Down a half pound this week.
Sunday morning weight - 188.5
Start - 320
Lost - 131.5
