my back is worse.. ugh.. i tried walking today- it got loose, but then really starting hurting.. cr!ppie.... it's like a cyatic? going around my left hip/pelvic and down the back of the leg... OUCH OUCH OUCH.. i've been trying ice and then lots and lots of stretching...different types of stretching... it really hurts a lot- but all the dr would say to me- would be stretch- and yep cyatic- and i would have to shell out $20 to hear what i already know.. so it would be pointless... but ouchies.... but i did find a great chocolate- anyone else like chocolate- i had to treat myself.. sugar free doves dark choclate- now- i figured one wouldn't hurt me... they're bite size.. and dark chocolate is suppose to be the best for you... right.. but OUCH my back.... and most of it is stress- go back to teaching on monday- and worried about son starting a new daycare- and leaving him that first morning but i'm not depressed- just in a little physical pain.... jennifer

Have you considered seeing a chiropractor? I've been going forever on and off and when I was pregnant with one of mine I had that siatic nerve problem (however the heck its spelled! LOL) and a few visits worked it out. My insurance covers it though - not sure if they all do, but might be worth trying if you're open to it. Aside from that, being in the fetal position is the only thing that helps (and its a little tough to get things done in the fetal position!). I didn't know dove had SF dark chocolates!! I have a couple of the regular dark chocs every day - now I can try the SF ones! Have to look for them. Ohhh, and good luck with the new daycare. We moved and now drive 15 minutes out of our way each way so we could keep our girls in the same daycare because we love them there, so I know how important that is - you have to have peace of mind when you leave your kids with someone. I hope it all works out and you are happy with the new place. My kids don't even want to leave with me when I pick them up. I say "OK, mommy's leaving - bye" and they say - BYE MOMMY! LOL They could care less!! Nice that I miss them all day and get that warm welcome when I go pick them up! haa
