why?
do i feel great (mild back pain- but hey i can take that).. i feel like the fittest
i've ever been in my entire life.. i walked today about 5 miles- without even thinking about it... son on my shoulders for about 3 1/2 miles of it.. he's almost a third of my weight... but i still always feel so tired- EXTREMELY tired... and why am I NOT LOSING ANY WEIGHT... i'm back up to 179 pounds... and holding...
i'm doing the meal plan- i added cheese to an afternoon snack.. i'm so sick of salad i could but i'm being so GOOD... i'm not "down" about it- just frusterated and tired of it.... just maybe i stopped losing at month 5.5/6 out- and this is it 180 pounds -that's it.... so i think- uhm.. was the surgery "worth it?" i am more mobile- active- i still sleepy and tired... i just can't eat all the junk anymore.. and yeah- i lost weight... ok- at least i'm not gaining.. right... uhm... ok- enough of my vent jennifer
I know how you feel............I had my surgery 7/5/05 and have lost 85-91 lbs....depending on the day..........I don't know if it's what I am eating or how.........I'm always tired too.......I do have to take extra iron but it doesn't seem to help........I don't drink a lot of fluids because I retain fluids...........I'm stuck at 220-214 and can't get past that weight........I'm beginning to wonder too, if it was all worth it.................
Constructive criticism.
You are in very dangerous "water" if you don't drink at least 60+ ounces of fluids daily. You are also adding to your retention problem by not drinking. It takes water to pass water.
My sister failed to drink adequately after surgery last year because of water retention and almost died. This is NOT following the most basic of rules.
You have lost 91 punds. Get back on board!!
