Sweet Tooth

I hesitate to throw recipes out usually but a number of you have been bioching lately about the dreaded word: sweets. Here's an option that I've been using to meet my desire for sweets. It's not the lowest in terms of calories, but it is quite healthy and my nutritionist loves it as long as I moderate and let the family enjoy, too! Two and one half cup servings daily. A decent food processor make this a 10-12 minute preparation. FRESH FRUIT SALAD!!!!!! Quarter and slice: 1 or preferably 2 small granny smith apples 1 navel orange Slice: 1 banana 25 grapes or 2 ounces raisins Crush: 2-3 ounces walnuts Mix it all with with 1 ounce shreaded coconut. The half cup goes in my morning oatmeal with splenda and a dash of salt and real vanilla. I don't sweeten this otherwise. Warning: it is addictive but moderation remains my motto!!!!! Other ideas?
