ok overnight revalation
180 isn't bad. I am at the best shape of my life- seriously.
even when i graduated high school i was 193. So what that
i'm not lower. I can do sit ups I can do push ups I can do more
physically then ever before. so what if i don't make it to size 8.
I'm a 12/14- what i wanted to be at before i had the surgery.
I did have 3 months of periods- so i know i'm getting there-
"there" is healthy- body doing what it's suppose to be. lower
cholestrol- testerone lower ... and that is happening.
I just need to walk EVERY DAY and i know once school starts back up-
i will do it- because it seems like it was easier for me- during my prep to
walk around the school and get those steps on. in the meantime i will try and
be more physical.. take son on walks in the early morning or late evening. do
more sit ups and lifts... tone what i have..
I know i have no butt.. my legs are PURE muscle and arms are too.. so i might
be weighing more because as people always point out to me - muscle weighs more- and my legs are ALL muscle- muscle on muscle.. so 140 is probably not in my future- i am shooting for a range of 150-160 though... but it will come-
