i feel pretty!

nuff said. at 42 1/2 I am feelin real good, real pretty, real sexy! I don't care that I am sitting on 169 for about a month now. It's how I feel and what i can DO now. I am so blessed. I love you all! nan

Same feelings here. I feel confident, heathy, handsome, sexy, flirtatious, and simply better grounded. Am I at the perfect BMI: hell no. It's not an absolutely necessity although 5-10 less pounds would help. I'm a better me! Dave
