tuesday...
breakfast- skipped.
lunch- small lettuce only salad and salad spritzer and about 1/4 cup of cottage cheese not much of an appeitite....
supper- small lettuce salad again.. and 6 pieces of shrimp
3-4 popsicles, 1 sf popsicle, 3 glasses of water (crystal light)
medications
exercise.. played kick ball with neighbor boys for about 45 minutes- lots of jogging and kicking... also started doing half sit- ups and butt lifts- (did about 50 sit ups throught day. and doing "superman" with 47 pounds (kid).. toning legs.. throughout day....
