monday
feeling very unsuccesful today.
breakfast. cheese stick
lunch. cottage cheese with cheese on it (about 3/4 cup)
supper. cottage cheese a few bites of lettuce - cheese, black olives...
cheated with 12 jelly beans around 4pm
had a coffee with redi whip on it.. (decaf/sugar free INternatioal mocha coffee)
and a splash of skim milk ...
water 4 glasses. and 1 popsicle..
exercise... weeded and played with son for 1 1/2 hours.. outside..
met with "happy" dr today- he upped my "happy pill" lexapro
and yes i weighed myself-tonight- it said 182 again.....
and i'm crying... i feel like a complete failure and just want to quit this meal plan.. i'm so frusterated................. and down..

Give your body time to adjust... don't give up.. NOT YET!! I don't see how you can NOT lose weight eating what you are eating. Are you getting enough calories? Sometimes the body tries to hang on if it doesn't get enough. Things will even out. Just keep your chin up and hang on for the ride! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
