sunday accont
breakfast.. cottage cheese and a slice of bacon.. weird i know
lunch.. taco salad (i'm hooked)
supper.. taco salad..
water 4 cups.. NO coffee.. 1 popsicle
exercise... played with neighbor boys and son- soccer for about 30 minutes... then gardening (pulled weeds) for about an hour... (LOTS OF WEEDS)... i did some sit ups today for the first time since elementary school.... my tummy and back hurts today- OUCH... (tummy good- back not so good)....i'm dumb... anywhoo.......
no snacking today- i was really good..... REALLY REALLY GOOD...
(oh, i had a cheese stick with night meds...)

Good morning Jennifer,
So far today, I had yogurt w/granola and was hungry like an hour later, but I waited until 10 to have some cashews. Then ate some hershey kisses from the candy jar on MY desk that I fill - why I torture myself, I'll never know.
But for lunch, I'm having a salad w/2 HB eggs, some grated cheddar and beans - about 18 g proten. And for dinner, I'm making meat sauce w/ground turkey and barilla plus pasta. If I lay off the kisses right away, today won't be so bad!
You should be very proud that you get your exercise in - I'm still a lazy ass. Usually my kids keep me running around, but they both have colds and were a bit droopy this weekend, so I didn't do much at all. Terrible, I know.
