Back from Vacation! With Pics!

Back from a great vacation. Four days in the San Juan Islands (off of Seattle)-- three days biking, one day kayaking. I can't believe I did it. One year ago today, I could not even walk up the subway steps. Here I was biking roughly twenty mles a day, walking down park paths and feeling fit. At first, I was feeling bad because I was one of the slower cyclists, but then I realized how far I came. I feel so empowered -- It was not easy, but I had fun! I topped it off with a tattoo- Yes, I finally bit the bullet and got one. Check out the top of my profile for tatoo and some biking pics. The tatoo one is a bit out of focus, but you get the general idea-- I chose it for the 'rebirth, renewal' meaning. Cheers!

Congrats Goddess! An amazing accomplishment. What beautiful pictures. Exercise, friends and awesome scenery. What more can anyone ask for? I really like the ink too. Very pretty. Did it hurt? I keep telling my tattooed buddy to set me up but he hasn't done it yet. I'm jealous Tim

I wish I could have come up to Seattle to meet you. (Am so jealous that Channan has gotten to hang w/you! ) It is unfortunately a very long drive from where I am. But the pics are awesome!
