Sunday Weigh in
I snacked on crap this week!
I gained 3 lbs...Im not worried though....I have learned that this is what my body does. I stall for a while, drop a ton and then bounce back up a couple lbs. No big deal... Im still pointed in the right direction and Im sure some of it is jus****er.

Well, I'm bouncing around, but still on a generally downward slope. On July 31st I weighed 170.5, and today I weighed 166.2, which sounds like a great loss for the week. But the 170.5 was up from a previous low of 167 something, and the 166.2 is up from a few days ago when I weighed 165.6. So what looks like a 4 lbs loss is really less than a pound, net. I need to do far better if I'm going to make my goal of 149 by September 21st.
Gotta be more consistent with exercise, and less consistent with cheesy goodness. Tomorrow I do underwater weighing for an accurate body fat percentage - I'm hoping for good news, but prepared for a scolding.

First let me thank all of you here on the July Board.
The way people around here have re-dedicated themselves to proper diet and exercise has inspired me to do the same.
This week I've done a better job avoiding snacking and grazing and also stepped up my morning walk from 3 miles to 4.
The results have been to bust the 3 week no loss plateau I've been on and achieve a 4 pound loss this week!
It just goes to show how by supporting and encouraging each other we can all achieve that to which we aspire.

Trying to get rid of the carb demon and it sure makes me cranky! Doing a bit better and now I'm hovering in the mid 170's instead of the low 180's, so that's an improvement. My lowest has been 173, and I was at 174 this morning so I'm not complaining. I figure the first year was dedicated to losing the weight, now I want this next year dedicated to getting fit. We'll see how it goes! DH is completely on board, so I'm a lucky girl. He's a wonderful help to me. Not to mention the rest of you who continue to inspire and encourage me!

Goal weight - 160 (may drop to 150 depending on how I feel at 160)
