saturday...
breakfast.. cottage cheese and grapefruit
lunch.. taco salad (couldn't finish the serving portion)
supper.. taco salad (couldn't finish the portion)
went to the movies (cars again).. and had a few whoppers.. and about 3 small handfuls of popcorn and a bottle of water...
got medications in..
exercise... 2 hours outside with TWO 3 year olds- chasing them on bikes.. and catching toads.. and grass hoppers.. and playing on the swing set/slide with them..- and the sandbox!!
water... about 3 cups.. also had my international coffee (decaf/sugar free) so about 4 cups of water.. and 2 popsicles....
dh is off again tonight.. so i gotta go
