you guessed it... back up to 181... i even got some exercise in last night with dh.. and i just felt heavier this morning- and wouldn't you KNOW IT....

Weight that pops up like that overnight is jus****er and waste that your body is hanging on to.
You wont win this battle in a day, or a week......give it time. You'll be fine.
One more thing....stress releases hormones that make it harder to lose weight.
So.....stay off the scale if its creating this much anxiety and start taking note on how your clothes are fitting you instead.
De-stress......do something completely selfish and frivilous just for you today.
Get your nails done, go shopping, get a massage, whatever, but do something to de-stress. Indulge in SOMETHING!

I have to say I am with Channan on this one. You need to get rid of your scale. By stressing out over all of this, you are sabotaging yourself, and that is not what you need right now. Have your hubby hide the scale so you can stop obsessing about it, and just do what you know is right, and relax about it. If you are doing all the right things it WILL work for you. Know that we love you and are here for you always.
