Can I ask you what your exercise routine is so I can kick up the weight loss. Also, what are your calories per day?
I have lost 110 lbs in one year and have gone from a 26/28 to 14/16. I was really happy to put on a pair of size 16 Levi's! I never thought that would happen so I was quite pleased!!!
As, you know, I want to do a lot more and tone up etc... any ideas?
If you keep loosing like that we won't be able to see you!

As far as exercise goes.........I was running 2 miles and walking two miles 5-6 days a week, but when summer hit......the running part turned to brisk walking.
SO........I walk 4 miles a day. It takes me just under an hour. That might be slow for some folks, but I've got short little legs and I walk really fast.
Calories......I shoot for 800 a day, but I usually get between 900-1000.
I snack on low cal stuff. My favorites:
~Espresso with non-fat milk and splenda (69 calories and 4 g. protein)
~Pickles
~Cucumber/Tomato salad with vinegar and a touch of italian dressing. YUMMMM!
~Clementine (mandarine) oranges. YUMMMMMMMM
As far as toning up goes...you HAVE to weight train to tone. If you aren't doing ANY exercise...a good place to start is Curves. It's not weight training, but it's resistance training. I started there, but my body "outgrew" their program in a few months......and I got a little tired of the girly politics and crap that went on over there.....you know how women get when they get together....EEKK!
I think you're doing quite well. I love all of these folks with new found commitment and resolve...it encourages EVERYONE! Just wait until you hit a size 12 and you're too skinny to shop in the plus sizes....what a trip! And you are SOOOO close to that. You'll be there in no time girly!
