breakfast- woke up late... just a string cheese
lunch- chicken salad (added an boiled egg on top - but only 1/4 of it) so lettuce, cheese, chicken and egg...with salad spritzer
no fruit again
supper- taco salad- (homemade) dh and ds had tacos- so i had lettuce, onion, black olives, tomato, red pepper,cheese, sour cream, and french dressing (add a little zip to it- only 1 table sppon.. and i couldn't finish the salad.... (oh ground beef on it..and i had ONE hard shell taco thing)...- maybe that's why i couldn't eat all of it.. IT WAS GOOD ...
exercise... 45 mins on treadmill... water- 5 glasses.... popsicles- 3 of them during the day..... OH and i had about 10 jelly beans...my opps for this day...
