kicking it up a notch
No, this doesn't have anything to do with that cooking guy.
At the conclusion of my usual 3 mile walk this morning I just felt like it wasn't enough so I added another mile. Definately feeling it now. Gotta keep on pushing yourself if you want to increase your stamina and cardio health.
So what have YOU done lately to increase your workouts?

I am so proud of you!! Four miles is an awesome walk for a nice Friday morning.
I refuse to get off a treadmill until I have walked 3.5 miles and it says I have burned at least 500 calories. I recently increased my speed and started running again. I had stopped the running but I am back at it.
I will be in all size 6's if it kills me!!
