wednesday accounts
breakfast... 2 scrambled eggs and 1 bacon slice...
got 4 glasses of water in throughout day 1 international coffee (5 waters total)
and i had 2 sugar freeze pops (OK OK- i have to stop those and go for the sugar free popsicles.... )
lunch... salad with chicken on it... same ol' same ol'
no fruit today...
supper- chicken breast and 1/2 cup of lettuce with salad spritzer oh- and 1/4 or so of cottage cheese w/splenda....
exercise- 30 minutes of walking on treadmill- with weights in hand....
also cheated and a few squares off of sons hershey's candy bar- CHOCOLATE SO GOOD... (2 squares to be completely honest..)

honeybunny, you are doin just fine.
and i really do appreciate your posts everyday - it makes me think about what the hell i have on MY plate.
chocolate is necessary in life, i think. not a biggie unless ya eat like 4 candy bars in one sitting.
and if you truly want to lose weight.... be like me - quit thinkin about it. swear you will weigh yourself once a week and no more. OK, once every 2 days, cuz you are ANAL child.
your diet is just FINE. dang. i TRY to eat like that every day but ..... ok, well, i try.
be patient. be hopeful and be nice to the universe. meaning, just send your wishes out there for what you want and LET IT GO. my kids all look at me and say, mom, you are a GOOBER. You are a freakin CRAZY wino goober. And that's another topic altogether, trust me. Oh jeez, sometime I wish for a REAL good friend to rab my hand and say, hunny, come here, sit down, what do YOU feel. Ah well.
S'ok. I really don't care most times if people get me or not, but I KNOW what works. I do understand what moves the things that makes things happen. only because i have proof of that in my own life. and all you other peeps out there saying to yourself, what in hell is this chick talking about? so, try it once. i am not kidding. i had a 4 year scholarship when i graduated from high school. i was 2 points shy of testing into mensa (ok, malibu, don't GO there.) i scored a 32 on the ACTs and i frankly have full belief in this sh**. i am as cynical as you can find. i'm antisocial. i have like 2 friends and they're probably family. how sad is that? but i do indeed know what works to make your life HAPPY in this life.
Trust me. So, Jennifer, hunny, tell yourself 4 times a day "I am losing weight. I am beautiful. I will dance. I will see 150 on that scale. I will have another child." Whatever you wi**** WILL happen. Say it out loud a few times day and pray for it. What have you got to lose? Some people think hey, that's a real PAGAN way of thinking. bull crap. it's a LOGICAL way of thinking.
look at you now. after surgery. are you where you wanted to be or goodgoddang close to it? yeah, i'd bet many of you are.
now, some of you are WAAAAY off that mark. I mean losing way more than you wanted, more than you anticipated and you feel lost. don't know what to do. THOSE posts just break my damn heart.
FOCUS and get back into life. wherever you are.

On the chocolate thing - I was chowing down the hershey kisses w/almonds at work last week (pms time) and I decided to weigh them on the postal scale just for kicks.
3 kisses = .5 oz. So 6 kisses is an ounce - not really too bad, especially considering its not even an ounce of chocolate if you take the nuts into consideration, so as it turned out, I wasn't totally pigging out as bad as I thought!
I'm hooked on this salad for lunch too - I get it w/cajun chicken, shreeded cheese, chick peas and red beans with asian sesame ginger dressing. The dressing is so delicious and probably all fat (and sugar come to think of it - its kinda sweet), but I still lost a pound this week, so I must not be doing too bad...
lol.... i really want that taco salad again... soon... watch the fat/sugar accont on the dressing though..... i dipped my fork first into the french dressing - it's a low fat/low cal one.. but on any other "salad" for lunch i use the salad spritzer dressings that came out this summer.. NUMMY>... I bought extras to take to work when school starts back up........
