OH COME ON
Jennifer......if anyone can sympathize with you, its ME!! I am in the EXACT same boat as you...wellll, maybe not exactly the same...your a lot more strict with your food intake then i am, but still, ive been really trying hard...ive been great with the gym and everything and i havent lost a damn pound...im up and down, up and down. At least you dont have as much to lose as me...i have another 80 to 100 pounds to go..so i find it even stranger that ive been stuck for 3 months at the same weight. talk about discouraging. i literally get pissed off....like somethings got to give. What i have decided to do, is even though i weigh myself daily, im not going to take it into account until the end of the week, when i log it. They say that you'll be up and down everyday, that your body doesnt stay the exact same weight.....so i will use the number that comes up on sunday. as of last sunday, i lost 1 pound, but as of today, i gained 3!!! all im saying is that that 3 pounds better be gone by sunday. Maybe you should try to do that too....dont focus on the day to day weight, but focus on the total amount gained/lost every 7 days.
Dont worry, at least your not going through it alone im just as frustrated!! Something's definitely gotta give with you, your doing everything perfectly! Dont worry, im sure it will happen.....i just hope it happens for me too!!
