accountability post for MONDAY
I was so good today... auntie stopped.. and i felt great- until i stepped onto the scale geesh... STUPID STUPID body..
breakfast 2 egg whites and a little bit of cheddar cheese.. not much
between- 2 crystal lights 2 sf popsicles...
lunch- a little bit of salad (10 srays of the stritzer salad dressing) 1/2 cottage cheese. with splenda/cinnimon.. (on salad - lettuce spring mix- and deck of card portion of grilled chicken) SAME THING EVERY DAY..
3 pieces of small pineapple slices in the afternoon
supper- TACO salad- didn't eat the shell (SO SO SO!!! proud of myself!!) had ground beef. chedder cheese, black olives, tomatoes (first time in my life i ate tomatoes without honest... wow were they GOOD.. interesting how life changes after this surgery- pre op i would have NEVER had salad over anything else...) and regular lettuce.. low fat sour cream- 1 tablespoon..... (probably could've done w/o that..)
more liquids.... (good ones)
that was my day.... I did walk- got 30 minutes in... on the treadmill.. but kept it at 2 and incline was all the way down- didn't really sweat at all... oh well- i still walked though
