Happy Anniversary to Me :o)

I went for my one year check up today-90lbs later!!! I know that everyone here knows how surreal it feels to be at this stage!!! It's hard to believe that last year at this time I wore a size 22-24 (now I'm a 10).One year ago I was on medications for high blood pressure, diabetes (2 meds), and high cholesterol....those are a thing of the past!!I am NORMAL (well, Some people would disagree with that!) One year ago my feet KILLED me at the end of every day from being on them 10-12 hours at work.Today I can not only work all day, but exercise afterward for 45 min-1hour with no problem!! This is definitely one of the best things I've ever done--I just want to be able to maintain that weight loss for life now-I think that may be harder than losing it, but I am determined to do it!! Happy Birthday Debbie!!! I am a size 10 now too.... Isn't it a wonderfull feeling to walk into a store and go to the 'normal' section??? Great job on the exercise.. Great work Debbie. A size 10 is amazing (I'm at a 12/14 myself). Congratulations on your success. I think you are right, learning to maintain it is likely going to be the biggest challenge. -Pam
