Year 2 strategies
Now that so many of us have had our one year anniversaries I was wondering if anybody had any thoughts as to what they expect/ desire for their second year out.
As for myself :
I still haven't achieved my weight goal of 185. I'm close but I still want to lose another 23 pounds. Just gotta keep on plugging away. I can and WILL do this.
I still want to get in better physical condition. Dammit, I want to be BUFF.
I want to get my tummy tucked, inner thighs trimmed, butt lifted and lats tightened up. I know exercise will help with some of this but I'll need a little help from the doctor too.
I still have plenty of emotional issues to deal with. Many that were a direct cause of my obesity. I'm already making some progress toward this but with help from my family, natural and adopted here, I hope to find true happiness.
We all need to remember that we are still works in progress and with the love and support that we recieve from each other we can achieve success beyond our wildest dreams.

Second year out strategies and goals (only some are weight related):
1. Move - looking to change neighborhoods and find a new house. May be a a long process.
2. New job - mine ends in November. December is a month for me. January is jury duty. Then I've run out of excuses and need to find another job in Feb.
3. Take off another 40 pounds. That will put me at my goal. I can get there slowly, I'm not in a big hurry.
4. Drink more water, need to get in the 2 quarts or more a day. Presently I don't get half of it every day.
5. Excercise more.

I will do exactly what I am doing right now b/c the weight is flying off! I've lost 13 lbs this last month alone! (I think is't all of the strong coffee I drink).
I want to be nipped and tucked and in bikini shape for next summer. Now.....where the hell did I put that 30 grand I'm gonna need for plastics! It's gotta be around here some where!
