Thanks girl, and can I say "WOW", you look great!!!!!!
It seriously looks like you've lost more than 120lbs and you look amazing! Good job!!
Today I'm back on track, or so I hope ... lots of water, protein, NO SNACKING, and getting my butt on the treadmill! If I can get through a couple of weeks of being in routine, it will be easier staying in routine ... I'm trying!!
I bought some healthy stuff at the store this weekend and I'm gonna try to stay away from all the bad food!
It's awesome that your hubby bought you an outfit especially for your anniversary ... that is so sweet!! Happy anniversary to you too and looking fabulous!!!
Marlize,
Hey babygirl!
I have really missed you!
You're post saddens me. We have lost a lot of our regular posters in the last months. And I'm afraid that it's because they feel the way that you do and are ashamed to bring their struggles to the board.
Remember....there is no first place winner here. We can't give up if we see that others have past us in our success. We are all in this for ourselves and we all will win the race in our own time. (OMG....I sound like a cheezy motivational speaker?)
This site is meant for one thing only....to give and get support!
Please, please don't EVER hesitate to post with whatever problems you might be having.
I have never, ever seen a single person get flamed on this board. It is always very supportive and non-judgemental. That doesn't mean that we wont give you a swift kick in the ass if you need it, but it's always done with love.
As far as baby vs. PS....have all of the kids you want FIRST! Believe me.....being pregnant and nursing babies does terrible things to your body. Have the kids first or you will be wasting HUGE amounts of hard earned money!
I changed my name since you were here last! Now it's Malibu....it suits me!
Channan
Thanks Channan girl ... you look AWESOME!!
Yeah, I need a wake up call, and today I'm trying to be back on program ... lots of water, protein, NO SNACKING and getting my butt on the treadmill!
If I can hold out for atleast a couple of weeks, I'll be fine and I know the scale will start moving again!
I'm still seriously on the fence about babies and plastics, and I keep on chopping and changing my mind and you saying "terrible" things to your body, I really don't think I want to have a baby ... maybe adoption is my way to go! UGH ... I don't know! I just down want to get to old and then regret not having kids and being alone in my old age ... but I really, really want plastics now cuz I hate how I look nekkid!!
N e ways, thanks for the encouragement, I really needed to get back on track and I will try to post more often too!
Be good and don't do anything I would'nt do!!
Bab(ies) first, then plastics. Reasons: Babies do stretch out our bodies, getting all tightened up afterwards will make you one hot looking babe. Time, waiting a year (or three) for plastics won't hurt your body, and in fact some areas that you think might benefit from plastics may improve with time.
Falling off the wagon - some of us never where completely on the wagon. Don't beat yourself up. Instead, continue taking the the active steps to improve yourself. I consider it an ongoing journey, and for me, I'll get better over time.
I'm glad you come by at least the once a week, we'd love to have you here more - but that darn "real life" gets in the way.
You are doing great, and looking great. Happy anniversary!
-Pam
Thanks so much for the advice and encouragement Pam, your such a sweetheart!!
It does put it into perspective cuz a year ago I was absolutely miserable and although I'm not at goal, I'm really happy and feel good.
And your right, real life does get in the way and I'll probably post a lot more once winter is here cuz then it would be too cold to go outside and I'll be online all the time!!
Thanks again and post some new pics of you ... you do look great though in your thread picture, what a difference!!
