Yep, I'm a lurker, but I only visit the boards maybe once a week or so these days. I did see that you guys had a great time in Vegas and it would have been great if I could have joined you ... but, maybe next time! BTW, looked at the pics and you guys all look amazing! I've fallen way off the wagon for the past couple of months, and I'm finding it really hard to get back on track. I've picked up maybe 3-4lbs (I haven't weighed in awhile) and last time I weighted, I seem to maintain mostly. That may also be the main reason that I don't post too often ... GUILT! I don't track my food or exercise at all anymore ... say everyday I'll try tomorrow, but it never happens! Gotta get my food demons in my head under control again! BUT, I also have to say that I am happy too. I still want to loose another 30lbs to be at goal. I'm on the fence about having PS (have already seen a couple of PS) or have a baby end of the year! I just can't make up my mind! I feel good, get compliments everyday, like dressing up like a girl and feeling confident going out in public so all of that is good. The bad part is I throw up alot because I eat bad or too much, I started drinking too soon after I eat, and I've gotten into the habit of snacking late at night ... bad bad Marlize!! Okay there, that is my update for now ... HAPPY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY TO ME!!!! Love you guys always!!

Thanks Andrea ... I know, this is really an awesome support board, but I guess if I don't think or talk about it, I won't feel the bad! I'll try to post more often ... and btw, you look GREAT!!!

Hi Marlize my fellow 26er! Don't worry, I have gone through the same thing like staying the same weight for like 3 months and not feeling like I'm doing as well as others with the pounds lost, but for the most part I think we are too critical of ourselves! I am also pondering the same exact things like baby or plastic surgery! Can't decide either! Glad I'm not the only one! So girl, don't feel bad...just think of a year ago and all that we accomplished! It is an awesome thing!!! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US!!! Keep in touch! Jenna

Thaks so much for the encouraging words ... its good to hear that I'm not the only one struggeling!! Ugh, I've been having sleepless nights about the baby or PS decision. A baby REALLY affects your body, and it's already not in the best shape, and I dont want to make it worse. Also, a baby is a big change in a persons life and I dont know if I want to change our lives right now, but I don't want to wait 10 and feel too old to have kids then, or not have kids cuz I waited too long. Then I really want PS cuz even though I dropped my weight, I'm really self concious about the skin and how I look out of clothes so I don't want to wait 5-10 years! Decisions, decisions ... BTW, you have any pics, you need to post them so we can see your progress to date! HAPPY ANNIVERARY TO YOU TOO!!

Hi Marlize, great to see you. Vegas WAS awesome. I sure hope we do it again next year. I think we've all fallen off the wagon a bit lately. Nows the time to re-commit to diet and exercise and keep from falling back into those bad patterns that put us in such trouble to begin with. We are all a bit guilty of this one. It get tougher to keep on losing about now but if we stick to it we can all achieve our personal goal weights. You got quite the decision there as far as a baby or plastics. As a guy I'm surely not qualified to offer any advice on this one. Good luck. Anyway, I did look at your profile. It's no wonder your're getting compliments. you look fantastic! Good luck and STOP THAT SNACKING Tim

Thank you so much for the awesome compliment Tim, and btw, DAMN you look good yourself!! Today is the first day back in program ... lots of water, protein and gotta get my butt on the treadmill tonight! They say the last few pounds are the hardest to loose ... ain't that the truth, but I know once I get back in program, I should have no problem loosing ... its just hard getting back onto track!! Thanks again and lookin good!!

The demon snacking monster is always following me around. I just keep reminding myself that I'm better off now than I was a year ago, and then get back at using the tool. Baby vs plastics would be tough, I personally would choose plastics but that is because I can't get pregnant. Remember focus on the basics and stay the course, but also life is to be lived so an OCCASIONAL treat as long as it's not a habit is ok in my book. Take care!

Holy crap Peter ... I didn't even recognize you!! You look 20 years younger and you look amazing!!!!!!!!!! I'm back on the program today ... lots of water, protein, no snacking and getting my butt on the treadmill tonight for atleast 45 minutes. I know once I get into routine again I'll start loosing and get at goal, but the hard part is getting back into routine!! Still on the fence about plastics ... seeing another PS end of August so hopefully will have my mind made up by then. Actually had a dream that I had it done and was ecstatic with the results and really happy ... maybe that's a sign!

Marlize... I was just wondering about you the other day... Your pics on your profile are unbelievable!!! You are a sexy blonde bombshell!! Happy 1 year anniversary to you and me as i am a fellow 26er! I am sorry to hear of your excecise and eating troubles. I just got myself into the gym this week for the first time and about night eating.. I to have started that up again.. I will litterally wake up from a dead sleep and raid the house for something to eat.. I have actually dumped a few times doing this.. I used to binge eat at night before surgery and i thought surgery would cure that but alas it has not... That is something I will have to work on but at least now there are more healthy things in the house to eat. Now back to our accomplishments...I too love dressing up and looking like a girl, the compiments flow in almost every day and it is so fun. And for the first time in history I am pretty sure my husband bought me an outfit to celebrate my day today. He even took my mom with him so I will be curious once I get home from work to see what he has picked out for me... He would have never even attempted something like that last year.. So... let's not be to hard on ourselves and celebrate all the small things that mean so much to us now... Congrats! Shannan 259/153
