did you exercise today?
I admit I have been a bit lax with my exercise lately. Not a whole lot of dirt left to move. But you can't really do anything about yesterday, just today. So today I went for a brisk 3 mile walk and did an hour of weight training working my biceps, triceps and shoulders. My doctor wants me to work my abs so I even did some crunches, as many as my hernia would allow. I'm sore I'll get some more exercise at work too.
So how 'bout it people, what didYOU do for exercise today?
