well- home scale weighs less than offical dr scale... but friday it said 175 (dr) home was 167. this morning it said 166.... *lowest though has been 157 (home)* was good yesterday- didn't snack/cheat. so far so good- had my breakfast and waiting 20 more minutes to have something to drink...
i can do it... I'm going to see 140... yes i am...

This scale is really startin to **** me off! Ive been good allllll week. Exercising like crazy...doing both cardio and weight training and STILL, I remain the same. Wtf could it be? I thought for SURE i'd lose SOMETHING...but still, i remain within the same 2 pounds. Its driving me crazy.
Anyone have any suggestions? I need to get my fatty self back into losing! Its not like I dont have a lot to lose...I need to lose 100 more pounds to be at complete goal, but i'd be more than happy with 75-80. Ive been the same now for like 3 months! Something has GOT to give. I know for a while it was my terrible eating habits and non-exercise...but ive changed that so i thought for sure i'd lose something...especially that you usually lose a lot the first week you start a new diet/exercise routine.
